In her leadership role at Evolved, Alanna passionately champions our strength training protocol as an essential component of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Whether she is training, guiding our team, or strategizing for business growth, Alanna certainly has a busy schedule. Having initiated her career in fitness within commercial gyms, she recognizes that traditional gym culture doesn’t always serve our mental and physical well-being. Alanna deeply appreciates Evolved's emphasis on loving your body and building strength.

Jill
Jill is a fun, yet detail-oriented trainer who brings compassion, intensity, and precision to every workout. She is always looking for new challenges, you can find Jill trying a new style of yoga, out walking her pup Homer, and spending quality time with the people she loves. With her precise training approach, Jill pushes her clients safely and effectively to reach their goals while ensuring there are still lots of laughs in the training room!

Paula
With a background in education and chiropractic assistance, Paula brings her passion for health and wellness to every session. She makes it her mission to ensure every client she works with feels cared for and supported during their time in the studio. She’s all about the mind, body, and spirit connection, and loves strength training, nutrition, and getting to know people. Outside of the gym, you’ll find her walking, hiking, and soaking up knowledge through books and podcasts. She loves building a connection with her clients as they build their strength during her focused and tailored workouts!

Kaley
Kaley is a dedicated kinesiologist who has been with Evolved since 2019. Growing up on a farm outside of Calgary, she developed a strong work ethic, which shines through in everything she does. Kaley enjoys helping clients reach their potential in a way that’s both fun and relaxed, making each workout enjoyable and effective. With her calm demeanour, you'll be able to achieve your strength goals in a way that is safe yet surprisingly challenging!

Dudley
Dudley, a retired high school teacher and behavioural specialist, brings 35 years of experience and a passion for teaching to his role at Evolved. With a background in outdoor survival skills and karate, he offers precise and detail-oriented workouts. You will always be learning with Dudley as your coach! Despite a tough exterior, Dudley has a kind heart and is deeply committed to health and fitness, which was inspired by his mother's long battle with cancer throughout his childhood.

Jon
Jon has transformed his passion for physical activity into a lifelong commitment to personal training. From playing hockey throughout his youth to battling Ankylosing Spondylitis, a genetic autoimmune disorder, Jon's journey inspired him to help others overcome their own challenges through strength training. In his role at Evolved, he's found a perfect synergy of efficiency and positivity, encouraging those who work with him with his form-focused intense training style. Jon's clients benefit from his emphasis on a deep mind-muscle connection, creating a positive and safe space for them to push their limits. Outside of the studio, Jon stays busy creating music and feeding his hunger for knowledge through podcasts, books, and conversation.

Chantal
Chantal is passionate about caring for people, animals, and is constantly seeking personal growth. As a coach, Chantal combines gentle encouragement with firm motivation, creating personalized strategies for each client. Her sessions are fully dedicated to helping clients reach their goals and recognize their own strength. Inspired by nature, meaningful connections, and her children, Chantal loves seeing how strength training at Evolved positively impacts clients' daily lives, making everyday tasks easier and more enjoyable.

Jessica
Growing up in a bustling household, fitness became a sanctuary and passion for Jessica from a young age. Now, as a strength trainer, Jessica brings her supportive energy and holistic approach to her clients, always encouraging, inspiring, and going the extra mile to help them achieve their health goals. With a love for nutrition, mindfulness, and meditation, she lives authentically, embracing her quirks while connecting with others through empathy. As a mother to two young children, Jessica fully understands how important it is to stay strong and healthy herself in order to raise strong and healthy kids. Passionate about health and self-growth, Jessica finds inspiration in simple pleasures like long-distance runs and insightful podcasts. For Jessica, each session is a chance to uplift others on their journey to vibrant living.

Helena
Helena grew up between Calgary and New Zealand, where her upbringing instilled a passion for education, curiosity, and an active lifestyle. In her personal journey, she thrives on pushing her boundaries, from solo road trips to earning honours in university, and traversing the globe. Inspired by her love of travel, outdoor pursuits, and culinary experimentation, she remains motivated to continuously learn and grow. Since joining Evolved, Helena enjoys challenging herself and her clients to be 1% better everyday, or every workout! She wants to empower her clients to embrace the little bit of discomfort that creates positive change.

Mark
Mark moved to Calgary from the big city of Toronto in 2022. After two decades in the telecommunications industry, Mark felt it was time for a career change. Having started with Evolved first as a client and now as a trainer, he loves the efficiency of the workouts and was inspired by his own progress to start his new career in fitness. Mark has been with his wife for over a decade, and they have two young boys. Their third child is a French Bulldog named Vito. Mark finds joy in basketball and spending time with his wife and children. Mark aims to motivate clients to give it their all in the training room, ensuring every session is challenging yet safe.

Angela
Angela has always been dedicated to supporting others through exercise. Since 2016, she’s been training clients and teaching yoga, combining her love of movement with her passion for helping people feel healthy and strong. An adventurous soul, Angela has traveled the world and lived abroad - she was even married by Buddhist monks in Thailand! and loves spending time outdoors, reading in her hammock, and hanging out with her daughters.
